818 Fiber-Optic Photodiode Power Sensors

The 818-UV-L-FC/DB is a flexible fiber optic detector based on the popular 818 series photodiode sensors, without an attenuator that comes with the standard 818 series. It can easily be converted to a free space detector simply by removing the 884-FC fiber optic adapter installed on it. Please note that models 818-UV-L and 818-UV-L/DB are no longer available for purchase. Purchase 818-UV-L-FC/DB and remove the connector and/or the fiber adapter.

The newly redesigned UV photodiode (noted by the serial numbers 20,000 and above), which uses a 10 x 10 mm diode with a 10.3 mm diameter aperture on top of it, improves the maximum measurable power specifications.
