Features

Ultrafast P Polarized Beamsplitters

These beam splitters are well suited for use with intense pulses with durations of 25 femtoseconds or less. Designed to work from 730 to 870 nm at 45 degrees angle of incidence, a specified percentage of the P polarized input will be reflected and the remainder transmitted. Carefully chosen coating material and design yield negligible GDD upon transmission and reflection. The slightly increased substrate thickness prevents any thermally induced deformation. Special care should be taken when mounting the beam splitters, since mechanical tension may lead to surface bending.

Reflectance of 67% Beamsplitter

Typical reflectance vs wavelength of ultra broadband dielectric 67% sub 25 femtosecond beam splitters for an angle of incidence of 45 degrees and p-polarized light.

Reflectance of 76% Beamsplitter

Typical reflectance vs wavelength of ultra broadband dielectric 76% sub 25 femtosecond beam splitters for an angle of incidence of 45 degrees and p-polarized light.

Reflectance of 80% Beamsplitter

Typical reflectance vs wavelength of ultra broadband dielectric 80% sub 25 femtosecond beam splitters for an angle of incidence of 45 degrees and p-polarized light.

Reflectance of 90% Beamsplitter

Typical reflectance vs wavelength of ultra broadband dielectric 90% sub 25 femtosecond beam splitters for an angle of incidence of 45 degrees and p-polarized light.

Minimum GDD

GDD vs wavelength for the transmitted beam for beam splitters with a thickness of 3 mm at 45 degrees angle of incidence. The GDD of the coating is negligible both in reflection and transmission.
