High Resolution Target, Negative, Clear Lines on Opaque Background

The HIGHRES-1 resolution test target is an optical quartz substrate with clear lines on an opaque background (negative). It is used in transmission and is easily held in M-PPF50 optical mounts mated to metric M-SP-x posts. HIGHRES-1 conforms to the USAF-1951 resolution target standard, and is recommended for the most demanding applications. The HIGHRES target family is the highest resolution target available on the commercial market, with a minimum feature size of  137 nanometers.
