Product Series Overview
Standard Multimode Fiber Patch CablesThe F-MFD-C-3FC is a 3 meter graded-index multi-mode fiber optic patch cord with protective jacket and FC connectors at both ends. It is optimized for transmission at 850 and 1300 nm and has a 62.5 μm core and 125 μm cladding diameter. Cabled patch cords have a 900 μm outer jacket, surrounded by a layer of Kevlar® strands for added strength and protection. An outer PVC cable jacket, 3 mm in diameter, provides additional environmental protection and an operating temperature of -20°C to +80°C.

Use Model Number F-PATCH-CUSTOM to configure a custom fiber-optic patch cord using these fibers. You can specify the fiber type, length, jacketing, and input and output connectors.
Available Off-the-shelf
We carry many standard fiber optic patch cables available off-the-shelf for operating wavelengths from 250 to 2100 nm. The standard patch cables are available in several different lengths and connector types. These fibers have an inner jacket surrounded by a layer of Aramid yarn for extra protection.
