Manual Linear Stage, 25 x 25 mm, LaserClean, Imperial

Dovetail stages are ideal for small, controlled travel to eventually remain locked in place for long time periods. These further compact version of the MT Dovetail stages also do not employ typical roller bearings of cylindrical rails, which makes them less susceptible to shock and vibration. These DS series dovetail stages slide along precision preloaded dovetail slides, whose unique shape ensures accurate, repeatable motion. These compact, modular stages are available in X, XY, or XYZ configurations with a lower footprint than the MT Dovetail series for the DS25 version.

Slotted base plates are available for versatile mounting of DS stages to optical tables or other stages. Please see the accessory section for more information.

DS Series are available in LaserClean™ low VOC versions with clear anodizefor applications that require extra care to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC) and ensure added cleanliness. Newport now offers certain Opto-Mechanical components that are specially prepared with clear anodize, nickel plating or stainless steel materials, special lubrication and vacuum-level cleaning. Products are packaged in Class 1000 (ISO 6) cleanroom grade bagging material and then double-bagged for further cleanliness precautions.
