The 8410 Closed-Loop Picomotor Rotary Stage includes an encoder for superior position feedback for rotational accuracy. This product provides microradian precision and continuous 360° rotation. It features 1.040-32 internal thread and comes with one retaining ring for mounting 1.0 in. diameter optical components.

Applications

With angular resolution of 0.2 mrad and superior position feedback for rotational accuracy, the 8410 Encoded, Closed-Loop Picomotor Rotary Stage can be used for several applications, including positioning wave plates and polarizers. The 8410 Closed-Loop Picomotor Rotary Stage is especially suitable for applications requiring high accuracy, high sensitivity, and repeatability (MIM, aka practical resolution).
