Designed for Vacuum Applications
Our low outgassing Vacuum compatible linear stages are designed for demanding vacuum environments. Several key steps are taken in the design, assembly and packaging of these parts. Following machining, each component is chemically cleaned in an ultrasonic bath to remove contaminating substances. These stages are double bagged in a cleanroom to ensure contaimation free for vacuum use.
