Fluorescence Optical Filter Set, GFP (wt)

The HPF1225 HPF™ filter set includes Excitation Filter, Dichroic Filter, and Emission Filter. It is ideal to use with GFP(wt) fluorophores. HPF™ filters are manufactured using our patented Stabilife^® coating technology which provides excellent spectral performance, spectral stability, and physical durability. These filter sets are designed to provide maximum performance using several key features including:

• Exceptionally high passband transmission
• Maximized out-of-band blocking including extended range blocking on excitation filters
• Extremely steep slopes from rejection to transmission regions
• Optical finishing for maximum image rendition including precision grinding and polishing and anti-reflection coatings
• Filter bandpass specifications of center wavelength and bandwidth providing maximum image brightness and minimum background.

These product designs have served as the starting point for custom designed filters for market leading instruments including DNA Sequencers, Cytometers, MicroPlate Readers, In vivo Imagers, and Thermocyclers.
