Overview

Newport's SCG-02 and SCG-02-CARS Wavelength Extenders are modular solutions designed specifically for the generation of supercontinuum with a femtosecond Ti:Sapphire laser such as the Tsunami® or MaiTai® ultrafast oscillator.

Attenuates fundamental throughput & generates parallel, broadband supercontinuum output
Designed for ultrafast Ti:Sapphire lasers like Mai Tai, Mai Tai DeepSee & Tsunami
Robust, stable device is factory preassembled and prealigned
Easily integrated to expand existing spectroscopy and microscopy setups

Factory Preassembled and Prealigned

The Wavelength Extenders are factory preassembled and pre-aligned, allowing for quick setup and integration with existing laser sources, spectroscopy and microscopy setups. Factory installation is available.

Supercontinuum Generation Fiber Devices

The Wavelength Extenders are configured with either the SCG-800 or SCG-800-CARS photonic crystal fiber modules, depending on the specific spectral output desired.
