New Mirror Mount, ULTIMA®, Center, 5.0 in. Diameter, No Actuators

With the axial 3-point mounting, because there are twice as many mounting points, the forces that would cause distortion are essentially cut in half, more distributed, and axially opposite to eliminate bending.

The ULTIMA's industry-standard clamp design allows many different types of actuators to be used to adjust the mirror position to meet the requirements for any application. Actuators can be replaced with ease by simply loosening two screws to allow the actuator to gently slide into and out of the mount. ULTIMA mounts are compatible not only with standard knob and hex-key adjustment screws, but also with micrometers and motorized actuators. The included mounting base plate not only allows the Large ULTIMA^® mounts to stand on their own, but also features thru holes for 1/4-20 (M6) for secure mounting to pedestals and posts ( shown mounted with two post holders and two posts). The ULTIMA^® Large Mounts can be converted from Right-hand to Left-hand configurations simply by moving the base plate with the included 3 mm Hex Adjustment Knob. Center-post mounting is possile with or without the base plate via a 1/4-20 (M6) through hole.
