Optical Fiber, Singlemode, 820 nm, Bend Insensitive

The F-SBA bend insensitive, single mode sensor grade fiber has an 820 nm cutoff wavelength and features a high NA of 0.16. It is suitable for tightly wound fiber spools for a variety of sensing applications. At 1310 nm, for example, the maximum bend induced attenuation, due to 100 fiber turns on a 10 mm mandrel, is only 0.05 dB! 125 μm cladding diameter with a 4.1 μm Mode Field Diameter, this fiber is commonly used in fiber optic gyroscope assemblies or in optical fiber payout systems. Standard pricing is per meter.
