Motorized vertical stages enhance the ability to orient objects in 3D space. Applications of these precise positioning Vertical Stages include focusing and imaging, metrology, inspection, laser writing, etc. Vertical stages can be selected based on load capacities, travel, Minimum Incremental Motion, repeatability and cover the range from high load, long travel IMS family, to the high accuracy GTS30V. Standard hole patterns or available right angle brackets, allow the quick integration of vertical stages to motorized linear stages. Most motorized vertical stages allow open access to the sample and are not back-drivable.
