The Integrity 2 Series VCS is designed to provide a superior working surface for general purpose photonics applications that are not extremely sensitive to vibrations. Integrity 2 VCS systems are often used in spectroscopy, multimode fiber, micropositioning and non-interferometric applications. The INT2-36-6-A VCS™ Vibration Control System includes an active leveling isolated support frame and a 3 ft. wide x 6 ft. long x 6 in. thick optical platform with 1/4-20 threaded holes on a 1 in. grid. The isolated VCS™ platform also integrates Newport’s pneumatic isolation with a new rigid frame design to deliver an economical isolation platform with superior isolation performance.
