Motorized Linear Stage, Industrial, Linear Motor, 300 mm Travel, 280 mm

The IDL280-300LM Industrial Grade Linear Motor Stage offers a 300 mm travel range with, 50 nm minimum incremental motion and a 2000 mm/s top speed.  This robust 280 mm wide industrial-grade linear stage is designed specifically for laser material processing applications requiring high precision, high throughput and high reliability.   The high-efficiency, non-contact, ironless linear motor offers fast motion and speed stability and a 1500 N load capacity. Additional industrial environment features include a hard top cover, flexible side bands and air purge.

The driver module is required for use with an XPS-D or XPS-RLD motion controller.

Newport guarantees specification values which are measured and recorded following ASME B5.57 and ISO 230-2 standards. The typical performance values are two times better than the guaranteed specifications.
