Vacuum Compatible XZ Linear Stage, 25.4 mm Travel, M4 and M6
The 9067-XZ-V-M Vacuum Compatible Stainless Steel Crossed-Roller Bearing Linear Translation Stage is a 25.4 mm travel linear translation stage that provides low-profile, high-stability, linear translation for systems that do not need vertical adjustment. 9067 series stages feature a generous pattern of twenty M4 and twenty one M6 threaded mounting holes. Actuators are not included. We recommend the 8302-V vacuum compatible picomotor actuator for vacuum applications.
