XZ Linear Stage, 12.7 mm Travel, M2.5, M4, M6, Vacuum
The 9066-XZ-V-M Vacuum Compatible Stainless Steel Crossed-Roller Bearing Linear Translation Stage is a 0.5 inch travel linear translation stage that provides low-profile, high-stability, linear translation for systems that do not need vertical adjustment. 9066 series stages feature a generous pattern of eight M2.5, ten M4 and three M6 threaded mounting holes. Actuators are not included. We recommend the 8301-V vacuum compatible picomotor actuators for vacuum applications.
