Amplified Photodetector, Biased, AC coupled, 1475–2100 nm, Extended InGaAs, 10 GHz, FC/UPC [Discontinued]

The 818-BB-51AF High Speed Amplified Biased Photodetector is built from an extended InGaAs photodiode with a 40 μm active diameter and a fast <35 ps rise time. This device is fiber pigtailed with FC/UPC connector for easy alignment and characterization of your devices. With the wavelength range of 1475 - 2100 nm, it allows monitoring Thulium (Tm) and Holmium (Ho) doped lasers as well as other NIR lasers. It has a built-in amplifier with approximately 26 dB of gain. The detector is AC coupled and features a bandwidth of 20 kHz to 10 GHz. A wall plug-in style power supply is provided with this unit.
