The 77553 Reflectance Inspection Probe simplifies reflectance measurements with Oriel^® Benchtop Spectrometer Systems. The common leg is terminated with an 11 mm ferrule, which mates to Oriel flanged fiber holders. This 1.4 mm input diameter probe has a 200 x 6.0 mm slit and is 2 meters long.
