The 1422 18 dB Inverting Traveling-Wave Amplifier operates from 50 MHz to 20 GHz. In some cases, amplifying your photodetector's output is essential-especially when you're using low-sensitivity instruments such as spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, or oscilloscopes. That's why we designed these high-performance traveling-wave amplifiers (TWAs) to boost the signals from our high-speed photodetectors. They can also be used as general-purpose microwave amplifiers.
