The 10Q20UF.HR25 FemtoOptics Ultrafast Mirror is 25.4 mm in diameter and 6.35 mm thickness, λ/10 flatness, and 10-5 scratch-dig. Designed for 45 degrees angle of incidence to have high reflection at 267 nm for S and P polarizations, these mirrors are ideally suited for the distortion-free steering of sub 20 femtosecond deep UV pulses.
