Program Eligibility

This program is designed to help out labs at universities, government labs and private, nonprofit research institutes. A lab at one of these institutions is eligible to join the program if ANY of the following criteria are met:

  • The PI is a first time professor (new professor) or
  • The PI recently moved from one institution to another or
  • The lab is going to be located in a new building on campus or
  • The lab is being opened due to a new grant being issued
