Designed to be used from 350 to 1100 nm with a 0 to 50 degree angle of incidence, the mirror has unprecedented specifications at an incredicle value. UV grade fused silica substrates are polished to λ/10 flatness and 10-5 surface quality preserve wavefront quality, minimize scatter, and maintain stability.
