Product Description
Zero-order wave plates are temperature insensitive phase retarders for moderate bandwidth applications. These zero-order wave plates are constructed of two quartz plates, air-spaced to allow for use with high-power lasers, in a standard 12.7 mm or 25.4 mm diameter housing for easy mounting into a holder. Zero-order wave plates are moderately insensitive to wavelength change, which makes them ideal for laser diode or tunable laser applications. Typical zero-order wave plates have a temperature coefficient of 0.0001 l/°C.

Ordering Information | | To order, substitute the desired wavelength code from the table below for "l" in the part number. For example, model 10RP04-34 is a 25.4-mm diameter, l/4 retardation, 1064-nm wavelength wave plate. | Diameter (mm) | Clear Aperture (mm) | Model Retardation | Model Retardation | | l/4 | l/2 | | 12.7 | 8.0 | 05RP04-l | 05RP02-l | | 25.4 | 15.0 | 10RP04-l | 10RP02-l |
