Vizix™ Optical Mounts are ideal for general purpose applications requiring a compact, robust, kinematic design at an economical price. They are available in an aperture version for 1-in. (25.4-mm) diameter optics, as well as a 2.0-inch platform version for holding mounted mirrors, prisms, or cube beamsplitters. UPA-series adaptors, which are compatible with the Vizix optical mounts, allow other various sizes and types of optics to be securely held and positioned. Precision 100-TPI adjustment screws with brass inserts are standard on all V100-series mounts providing exceptionally smooth, high-resolution adjustment. |
P100A Series Optical Mounts are ideal for general laboratory or industrial applications requiring a compact, robust, kinematic design. They are available in clear quadrant aperture versions for 1 in. (25.4 mm) diameter optics. Models are also available to mount 1 in. (25.4 mm) diameter thin optics and RMS-threaded components, such as microscope objectives.
Precision 100 TPI adjustment screws are standard on all P100A series mounts. Hard carbide pads enable smooth, repeatable motion. Hex broached knobs provide a means to enhance the position sensitivity of the P100A series mounts by simply inserting a standard Allen wrench. Optimized springs improve the long-term stability and provide greater protection against vibrations. P100A mounts are available with optional hex head precision adjustment screws for tamper-resistance. Our optional capstan locking mechanism provides added protection against vibrations and drift.
Convenient clearance mounting holes on each of two sides are compatible with either 8-32 or M4 screws providing quicker, more precise, and more secure mounting. These mounts can be mounted to posts for adjustable height or pedestals for a stable fixed height. An adaptor converts a P100A mount to a post-mounted horizontal platform for mounting prisms, cube beamsplitters, or other components.
P100A-AC: The -AC version is a standard in the industry for mounting 1 in. (25.4 mm) diameter mirrors, beamsplitters, and other optics and offers our patented clear quadrant design, allowing beams to pass close to the edge of a mounted optic. Adaptors UPA1-.5 and UPA1-.75 allow smaller diameter 0.5 and 0.75 in. (12.7 and 19.05 mm) optics to be mounted in the P100A-AC. |

UPA1-.5 and UPA1-.75: These adaptors allow the use of smaller diameter optics in a P100A-AC.
UPA.5, UPA.75, UPA1, UPA2: These optic adaptors provide a convenient and stable method to hold mirrors from 0.5 to 2 in. (12.7 to 50.8 mm) diameter on the P100-P. The optic and adaptor can easily be removed and replaced with minimal realignment.
P100-HA: This Horizontal Adaptor attaches to the mounting holes on an optical mount, providing a mechanism to convert the P100A-AC, -T, or -M to a post-mounted horizontal platform for mounting prisms, cube beamsplitters, or other components. |
