Our UF.20 mirror coating is designed to accommodate the unique performance requirements of ultrafast laser systems. A modified single stack dielectric coating design features maximum bandwidth and minimum pulse dispersion. Precision polished BK 7 substrates are offered with flat or concave mirror surfaces in 12.7 or 25.4 mm diameters.

The UF.20 coating is intended for use as a high reflector while allowing transmission of an Argon or frequency doubled Nd:YAG pump laser. This coating provides reflectivity greater than 99% over a minimum wavelength range of 710–890 nm with transmission greater than 95% over 488–532 nm. The coating design is centered at 800 nm with a useful bandwidth of 180 nm. This coating is designed for 0–20°incident angles.

An AR.14 broadband visible antireflection coating is deposited on the second surface of the mirror to allow maximum transmission of pump laser energy in the 488–532 nm range.
