The Quanta-Ray PIV series lasers offer two Quanta-Ray Nd:YAG lasers in a single head, driven by a single compact power supply. All mechanical and optical components are mounted on a single rigid baseplate for excellent long-term beam overlap and pointing stability.



The PIV lasers are designed and tested to give maximum sheet uniformity and consistency. Single-frequency operation is available for holographic PIV. Injection seeding both lasers with the same single-frequency source ensures perfect frequency overlap for super-clear holographic images.
