Newport's F-PBC Series Polarization Beam Combiner/Splitters can be used to combine light from two PM input fibers into a single output fiber, or to separate the orthogonal polarization components of an input signal between two output fibers. These rugged devices without fiber pigtails have a wide operation bandwidth and high power handling capability. They feature best in class performance in insertion loss, back reflection, and extinction ratio - all at an attractive price.
Applications
- EDFA and Raman Amplifiers
- Polarization Division Mux/DeMux
- R & D
