Two Bandwidths |
The 71774 has two bandwidths: DC to 2 Hz and DC to 100 Hz. Use the DC to 2 Hz output with slow thermopiles or very slowly varying signals, for the lowest noise performance. The DC to 100 Hz output should only be used for faster responding thermopiles and signals, since the additional bandwidth carries the penalty of higher noise levels and more susceptibility to AC mains frequency interference. |
Cables and Connectors |
The 71774 has BNC input and output connectors. The 70028 Adapter converts the BNC connectors on the 71774 to female banana plugs, so you can use the preamplifier with your own detectors. |
