Product Description
The 71455 Shutter System is the integrated shutter from our Oriel Monochromators and Spectrographs, packaged in a flange mounted enclosure with a 5 V power supply. It is “normally closed.” The aperture is 0.4 inches (10 mm) in diameter. The thin, 0.8 inch (20 mm), profile allows flange or rod mounting in the middle of a tight optical train. The 71455 does not include a driver. It accepts TTL pulses to open and close. There is also an open/close switch on the shutter housing, for alignment of a source, detector or other system component.
