The 78100 Sample Compartment holds 10 x 10 x 45 mm cuvettes in an optical beam, for analysis. It has 1.5 inch series flanges, for direct coupling to Oriel Monochromators and Spectrographs (we also offer a sample holder for our minispectrometers). The interior baffle design of the 78100 Sample Compartment prevents light from reaching the output without going through the cell, and the grooved lid prevents ambient light from entering the compartment. The lid comes off easily for quick insertion and removal of the sample.
