The Spectra-Physics OPA-800C is a kilohertz ultrafast optical parametric amplifier (OPA). It broadens the wavelength coverage of Spectra-Physics ultrafast amplifiers, such as the Solstice™ and Spitfire^® Pro and provides gap free tunability from UV to mid-IR. Featuring a complete set of wavelength extension options, the OPA-800C allows tuning from 235 nm to 10 µm.

-Pulse width <120 fs
-Pulse energies 0.3, 0.5 or 1 mJ
2. rms with near Gaussian distribution.
3. Due to our continuous product improvements, specifications are subject to change without notice. The specifications apply when the OPA-800CF is pumped with the Spitfire Pro F1K (1 mJ, 120 fs, 1 kHz, 800 nm). With a 0.5 mJ pump, the output energy is 40% of the corresponding energy in the table. With a 0.3 mJ pump, the output is 25% of the corresponding energy in the table. Wavelength extention options are located within the OPA-800C housing.
