Packaged and Open Frame Models |
We offer two versions of OEM supplies, differing only in the packaging. |
Packaged Power Supplies |
These are enclosed power sources; the power module is inside a metal enclosure. The only control is an ON/OFF switch. Choose one of these models for stand-alone, fixed power applications. |
Open Frame Supplies |
These are power modules only. They are intended for System's Integrators and qualified OEMs. All performance specifications meet those of the packaged units. Contact our OEM Sales Department for additional information. |
No Compromise in Performance |
Oriel® power supplies have long been the preferred choice for applications demanding superior performance stability. The stability in this family of supplies is even more impressive: line regulation is 0.01% (model dependent) and light ripple is less than 0.5% (model dependent). These supplies also feature a power factor correction to ensure efficient loading and to meet the requirements for CE compliance. |

| Oriel Lamp Housing is designed to operate in a typical laboratory environment (typically 68 to 76 degrees F, up to 45% relative humidity). Temperature and humidity outside of typical laboratory range can contribute to cooling and ignition faults. Cooling issues will cause the over temperature sensor to open, and ignition problems will result from high humidity. Contact a Newport Technical Representative for more information if operating outside the suggested range. |
