The SB18YZ Pinhole Mount combines high resolution positioning with exceptional stability. The total range of X-Y travel is 4 mm. This pinhole positioner accepts any component with a 20.25 RMS male thread. It is available with a choice of BM micrometers (1 mm resolution), BD differential screws (0.1 mm resolution), or lockable BHC hex-head actuators.
Pinholes made from ultra-thin platinum iridium are available either mounted or unmounted. The mounted versions have a 20.25 RMS male thread to fit into the pinhole positioner. Unmounted versions are available as replacements.
