MPH series Miniature Post holders feature a spring-loaded, always-on brake shoe design which applies a constant force to the post even when the thumbscrew is loosened ensuring the post will not slip and allowing the orientation of an optical mount with one hand. These miniature optical post holders have a double bore to provide full two-line contact along an MSP series miniature post. Once the thumbscrew is tightened, the post and post holder become nearly one piece, providing very high stability.
Compatible Optical Posts
The MSP Series Miniature Optical Posts are compaible with MPH Series Miniature Post Holders. They are made from Stainless Steel and come in 1, 1.5, 2, and 3 inch sizes.
The MPH-0.5C is cross-bored to allow post mounting at right angles.
