The Model LTE Series Optical Table Enclosures inhibit disruptive acoustic energy and dust from reaching optical table optics, improve reconstruction brightness, permit longer exposures and lowers laser power requirements. The standard 2’ x 4’ (Model LTE-24 ) and 2’ x 2’ (Model LTE-22 ) enclosures are a combination ¼” (6.4 mm) thick black HDPE side panels and an extruded rail system forming a light tight box 16” tall. The top of these enclosures is magnetically attached and can be easily removed for fast and unobstructed access. The 2’ x 4’ x 4’ tall enclosure (Model LTE-24-4 ) consists of 4 HDPE black side panels. The top HDPE pannel is magnetically attached and can be easily removed. Complete enclosures are shipped unassembled and can be assembled in less than 30 minutes.
