The Oriel ISX IR (Models 78233 and 78238 ) cameras incorporate a thermoelectrically cooled high performance linear InGaAs sensor (either 1x256 or 1x512) designed for scientific instrumentation with digital signal processing (DSP) capabilities, bundled with Oriel Instrument's InstaSpec Pro software to produce a powerful spectrograph. The floating point DSP and programmable gate array provides the capability to embed binning patterns, post processing algorithms, etc.The Oriel ISX IR cameras use standard USB 2.0 high speed interface which and eliminates the need for custom interface cards. Oriel Instrument’s InstaSpec Pro software provides direct control of the camera and spectrograph including operating dual cameras and combining the output with it's unique "Stitch & Glue" function.

Notes:
1 – The Readout Rate is 25 KHz.
2 – Throughput rates assume a back-end PC capable of accepting the data rates provided by the camera.
3 – The Oriel ISX IR cameras must be powered by the Oriel ISX IR power supply assembly, which uses a 12-24 DC input in order to generate all necessary voltages to run the camera. The 8 Watt minimum power utilization represents a camera with TE cooling enabled in order to maintain a 25 C temperature at the sensor head (essentially, the TEC is off).
4 - A flange adapter (77467) is required for use on the lateral port on the MS260i and may be purchased separately.
5 - A Flange Adapter (77787) is required for use on the axial or lateral port on the MS257 (77707,77780)
