Most of Newport's Oriel® Instrumentation (Light Sources, Monochromators, Spectrographs) use a male/female flanging system. This "building block" approach lets you couple optical accessories at the input or output of these instruments. Many of these accessories also have 1/4-20 tapped holes for rod mounting. This is convenient for stand-alone use, or for long optical trains that require support. Here, we offer holders for flanged accessories that do not have tapped holes. These mounts hold 1.5 inch series accessories atop an optical rod.
