The FH-2S Filter Holder is designed to securely mount 2 in. (50.8mm) square filters in a three-sided, spring-loaded, v-groove clamp and still allow for quick and easy interchange of the optic. Simply squeeze on the lower portion of the spring-loaded Delrin arm and insert the filter. When the arm is released, the filter will be held firmly in place. The FH-2S Filter Holder incorporates a counter bored clearance hole in its base, compatible with both 8-32 and M4 screws, allowing for post mounting on English and Metric SP and MSP Series Posts, as well as PS Series Pedestal Posts. And, like the FH-R Series, the FH-2S has two sets of threaded and clearance holes on the face of its base for use in stacking.

FH-R Series Filter Holders offer a convenient, economical system for mounting 0.5 in., 1 in. and 2 in. diameter circular filters. The mounting system consists of a threaded holder with a Delrin retaining ring to hold the optic firmly but gently. The holder incorporates 8-32 and M4 threaded mounting holes for post mounting on English and Metric SP and MSP Series Posts, as well as PS Series Pedestal Posts. The front of the holder also has two clearance holes, which can be used for face mounting or used with a threaded rod (not supplied) to form low-cost optical systems. In addition, the FH-R Series has a set of M3 threaded and clearance holes located on the upper and lower face of the holder for ease in stacking. Two M3 Screws are included with each mount. |
