The Model F-SK-SA Fiber Optic Splices contain 12 high-performance, reusable mechanical splices that provide a quick, easy way for low-loss splicing of single-mode or multimode fibers with buffer coating of 250 µm to 900 µm. The included splice key allows the user to lock the fibers into place for a secure splice that can be easily removed, reused or fine-tuned. Fiber optic splices are commonly used for temporarily splicing fibers, couplers, WDMs, and other fiber optic elements together.
