Table Accessories

ERS97 Earthquake Restraints are certified to comply with Uniform Building Code, Section 2312. The ERS97 readily withstands 1 G (2000 lbs. maximum weight of table and equipment per each restraint) without overturning or moving from its installed location. What’s more, the restraints are easy to retrofit in the field, and will not affect table performance.

The CMS Series provides an excellent solution to vibration transmitted through power, control, and cooling lines to isolated equipment.

Cables are held between two 1/2 in. (13 mm) high-density foam pads for maximum protection. A special clasp gently but firmly keeps all cables securely in place. And the system instantly adapts to either tabletops or breadboards with English or metric mounting holes.

Need to route cable or direct laser light through an access hole? Choose a diameter and location and simply provide Newport with a “top view” sketch of the table or the values of L, W, a, and b from the drawing on the next page.

It’s simple to attach tabletops of equal thickness (minimum four-foot widths) with Newport Table Yokes. While these heavy-duty bracket assemblies are less rigid than Newport’s doubler systems, they’re a solid choice for general-purpose applications. The connected tables can be supported with either vibration-isolating or rigid supports. These yokes are easy to retrofit in the field.
