Newports aberration corrected triplet lenses are designed to perform close to the diffraction limit within the wavelength regimes of 190 to1000 nm. The lens assembly consists of lenses that are manufactured using high grade fused silica and calcium fluoride materials with very high surface accuracy to maximize the transmission, provide higher damage threshold while keeping the aberrations, scattering and thermal effects as small as possible. These lenses can be used with applications like Imaging, Microscopy and various spectroscopic methods where broadband light sources are used to excite and generate signals in wide wavelengths regime extending from UV to NIR.
